Born and raised in Millbrook, New York, Jesse is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked in a variety of professional kitchens ranging from French to Indian and South African cuisine. Jesse has maintained a pop-up restaurant, provided catering services for single individuals to as many people as one thousand, and even held a resident position on Walt Disney World sushi bar.
Having worked in retail and service industries for a number of years, Jesse has spent the last decade honing his managerial skills. He worked for over two years at Slammin’ Salmon in both the front and back of the house. After leaving Slammin’ Salmon, he went to work in a small New York smokehouse as a production manager, developing both managerial and charcuterie skills. In October of 2017, Jesse returned to Slammin’ Salmon’s as the Front of the House Manager.
Jesse loves the challenge and the people and is very happy to be back in Millbrook, New York. Currently, he lives in Millbrook with his three-year-old daughter, Emma, and her mom, Karissa.
